I ordered what was advertised as the "Apple Smart Folio for iPad Air 10.9-inch (5th and 4th Generation)" but ended up with a "ProCase iPad Air 5th Generation Case 2022 / iPad Air 4th 2020" that’s going for $12.99 on Amazon.

I’m open to hearing from the company via email or phone to sort this out.

I bought an iPhone for a Christmas present. They delivered a faulty device. Their site claims they provide refunds or exchanges, but they told me it was just exchanges due to covid! I really needed the phone before Christmas. I had to cover the return shipping costs, and two months later, on February 8th, they finally sent me a replacement phone that I didn’t even want!

I mistakenly sent my Mac to my previous address, and they helped me throughout the whole process. Big thanks!

This item isn’t new! The charger and adapter are marked as made in China and definitely aren’t genuine Apple products! The packaging was just some random box, NOT THE AUTHENTIC APPLE BOX! I received it yesterday and immediately called to return it, but they told me they can only do an exchange because of Covid! What a weak excuse! I’m really unhappy with this buy and I want my money back! I had bought a phone from this company before and was satisfied, which is why I came back for another purchase, but now I’m completely let down with this latest order!
